Legal Assistant

Ines Esteva has over 24 years experience in Workers’ Compensation. Ms. Esteva started working at the law offices of Franz and Baptista when she was still in high school in 1986 for 17 years prior to Mr. Baptista becoming the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Department at the law firm of Javerbaum Wurgaft where she assisted Mr. Baptista for 7 years. She continues assisting Mr. Baptista who is now a partner at the law offices of Livingston Siegel DiMarzio Baptista. She is a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Elizabeth, New Jersey and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
