$112,095 and $147,075 to Injured Critical Care Nurse

A critical care nurse injured at work underwent a two-level fusion in her neck. Our Team was able to secure the injured worker an award of $112,095. Not long after, the injured worker’s neck pain returned, and she was required to undergo two additional surgeries with hardware replacement. Our Team was able to secure a second award for the injured worker of $147,075. Happily, the injured nurse was able to return to work full-time as a pediatric ICU nurse.
