A cable installer was carrying a 110 lb. extension ladder when he felt a ‘pop’ in his low back and fell. The ‘pop’ was a herniated disc in his lumbar spine. Following microsurgery and an instrumented fusion. Despite prior low back injuries, Our Team was able to secure the injured worker an award of $132,899.
