$333,900 to Bank Worker injured in a Slip and Fall

An older worker employed as an access controller at a bank fell slipped and fell18 feet down a flight of stairs, striking his head on an iron banister and injuring multiple body parts and losing consciousness for 3 hours. As a result, the injured worker suffered from tinnitus, dizziness, headaches, psychiatric/cognitive issues, and lumbar spine pain. Through the efforts of Our Team, the injured worker was awarded disputed temporary wage replacement and authorized medical treatment.
