Glenn Kaplan Becomes a Workers’ Compensation Judge

The Workplace Lawyers Team bids farewell to Glenn Kaplan. He has left us to serve as a Workers’ Compensation Judge of Union County & Hunterdon County.

Glenn has been a part of our team since 2013. For more than four years he provided clients with the support and guidance they needed when struggling with legal issues in the workplace. During his time with us, he took pride in the fact that so many new clients came from existing client referrals. His number one priority was to always ensure New Jersey employees were treated fairly and within the letter of the law.

Glenn Kaplan is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and received his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. He has been a member of many professional associations, including:

  • American, New Jersey, and Morris County Bar Associations,
  • American Trial Lawyers Association
  • New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association

Colleagues are sad to see him go, but wish him well. “Our law firm’s loss is a total win for the injured workers of New Jersey. Glenn’s experience and demeanor will result in the speedy and fair resolution of cases to the benefit of the workers and employers of the state of New Jersey,” said attorney Frank DiMarzio.

Attorney Craig Livingston thinks Glenn is ideally qualified for his new position. “Having a judge who handled total disability cases on a daily basis is an extraordinary gift that will keep giving. Glenn Kaplan is one of these people.”

We wish Judge Kaplan the best and are glad he was a part of our team!
