$129,305 to Toxically Exposed Boiler Operator

A boiler operator was subject to constant exposure to asbestos, silicates, particulates, dust, and fumes. The exposure caused the worker to develop a collapsed lung and obstructive lung disease. The injured worker’s case was complicated by a prior history of sarcoidosis. Our Team was still able to secure the injured worker an award of $129,305.
