$90,473 + Disputed Lien to Injured Hospital Security Guard

A hospital security guard injured her neck and back when she fell off the broken swivel chair provided by her employer. The injured worker required surgery to address her injuries. The employer disputed the nature of the injury and the need for the worker to take time off.
