$95,558 + Disputed Treatment to Injured Floor Supervisor

A floor supervisor was lifting a 15 lb. box when she heard a “pop” in her right shoulder. That “pop” turned out to be a right rotator cuff tear and herniated disc in her neck which required fusion surgery. Our Team was able to secure an award of $95,558 and payment for disputed medical treatment for the injured worker.
